I call every month because they keep sending bills. Just say I didn’t use correct verbiage or whatever and say sorry you have to pay another month. It’s like you can come in but never leave! I can’t get out of this and don’t know how.
After your contract is up they keep billing you. Keep calling and they say well you didn’t say the correct verbiage or did call exactly 30 days in advance. You called 31 days in advance. This last month they said you won’t get anything else but I have. I keep paying it and don’t know how to get it stopped. The contract was over in September. The system has not worked for over a year and I have just been waiting for this to end! Finally here and can’t get them to stop. I don’t know what to do?? This is so frustrating because they just say sorry you got to keep paying. I said over and over to cut it off and they just say no. I just want to stop paying but don’t want a creditor after me. I don’t want to have to get a lawyer but they won’t stop sending the bill. HELP! Please
