Back in October of 2015 my wife and I lease a new rouge they made a nice offer ware they promise to pay the last two months of the payment due of the old lease of Toyota plus they promise to pay any other due from that lease. After 3 days with the new car the panoramic roof got stuck on the open position took about 5 days for them to help me get the car another week to get the parts n until I call asking how is it going they found out the parts ware there another 6 days to fix it they return the car dirty. After 30 days of having it Toyota send me a bill for $389 for the end of the lease Nissan broke the promise to pay for that part of the deal after a few weeks with the old general manager he promise to make it right. I wait it nothing after calling for a month driving to the dealer ship wasting my time then they told me he was fire and a new general manager was in JOHN BARRETT this guy the first time I talk to one of his assistance this lady name Claudia she recorded my privet conversation with out my consent in California under peno codes 630 to 639 it’s illegally to record a conversation over the phone with out permission. This people don’t care n they have a habit of doing it. When I when to the dealer ship and meet for the first time this manager he was rude non professional racist he even threaten me to beat me up inside the dealer ship just because I ask for copys of the recording of the contract oh yea they record the contract as well. There is more to this story but in short now I’m taking this dealer ship to court for all the wrong doing treats and braking the contract deal don’t trust this place and this people all they car is make there commissions they break the rules n co tracts n violate the law in many cases but we have a legal system and district attorney’s that can look in all this cases look for help don’t let this type of business rip u off.

If you have been fraudulently charged on either your debit or credit card, or coerced into paying and was scammed, we would advise you to immediately either visit in person, or call your Financial Institution that issued you the card. Open a fraud dispute on all charges incurred, file fraud charges against the committers and cancel your card numbers… then get new card numbers issued to avoid more Fraud charges in the future!
Most of these Scam companies will offer you zero help with a refund, you MUST take matters into your OWN HANDS! Sometimes they will promise you that they will refund you to buy more time… DO NOT fall for that, from our experience most never see a refund. They are counting on enough time to pass that your fraud claim time limit window will expire, ultimately allowing them to keep your hard earned money! File the Dispute ASAP or Open a Dispute with PayPal and Immediately Escalate it, if you paid through PayPal to get your funds back! The longer you wait to dispute, the less chance you have of getting your money back. This is YOUR MONEY, fight for it!
