1st) This company used A 10-99 for employees for taxes.( all security companies by law have to use a W-4 & W-2)
2nd) This company uses non-trained personel(no one has a BLUE Card(State Law). or even a WHITE Card on armed sites.When on the armed sites you are paid $8 per hr.(unarmed pay) even tho you are an armed officer.(when asked why is this CPT. Bostick would say “Me and Mr. Wiltz have not talked about your armed pay yet”.) We are under paid & over worked.
I 1st started with this company back in 2014. The company just started out with alot of ppl signing up to work for them. but then the numbers dropped. we as employees had long hrs to work(which was good to me. all the over time i wanted but with out the over time pay. this company only deals in straight time pay).
This company also violates labor laws.
before i put in my 2 weeks notice i was on the scheduale for the up coming work week. But after i put in my 2 weeks notice CPT. Bostick took me off the work scheduale. He also has been known to go against the employee hand book by adding new rules or polocies with out a signed document from the employees stateing that we agreed on the new changes. But he never did.
Also if you are in an argument/disagreement CPT. Bostick will send you home and not put you on the work scheduale for weeks or in some cases months.
as of now i am no longer with this company but still i am recieve my last two payments due to us being “a head” of pay scheduale as CPT. Bostick puts it.
So in all i wish that any or all that read my report think twice about working for ppl like this company. A company the prays on working americans so they can get rich quick.
