This story is true. My name is Mr. T. I used to work for Laboratory Tops, Inc now named Durcon Inc. This is a horrible company to work for. They love to cater to illegals from the south. The goal is make more money on cheap labor plus lying to employees. There had been numerous cases I have encounter with pornography flying in emails. This is sick pornography, we are talking nude women.
Then I was assaulted by a hispanic worker who had long pony tail hair and worked both shifts. He would run around tattling on employees. His name is Antonio Caberra. He still to this day works for the company. He pulled a box cutter knife on me. I went to report it. No one did anything about it.
The bosses in Taylor plant shielded him from any litigation. David Ver Colen never did anything about the issue. He basically sits at the desk and singles out workers that he favors, one he doesn;t like, he fires. This is especially the handicapped workers. The president of the Taylor plant named Kent Toomey, you can never believe a word that comes out of his mouth. He can rally the employees that they all going to get a huge bonus, then when it comes down to it. you may get nothing. I am personally suggesting that all who applies to this company will be mistreated if you are handicapped. I cannot explain the emotional trauma I have endured. They called a good friend of mine, asking him if he wants to come back. He replies nope.
They also have a bad system on attendance. The stupid point system making employees choose jobs over families. For example, you have to make a decision, keep the job or take care of the child. They are known to be cruel to employees who miss for dr appointments. If you brought a doctor note. They will still count it against you. Please anyone who works for this company, speak out and unite all for the same cause. walk out and let the company know who is boss. The hourly employees are the backbone of making sales.
To the bosses and supervisors, shame on you for the way you treat the workers. The judgement will come from the Higher up. It will be dealt with accordingly.
