The problem is – I never ordered the first one, although they randomly send them about once a year when we need them changed out. When the SECOND one showed up a week later we started making phone calls. We have made 13 phone calls to the (800) 325-1671 number listed and they tell us we must speak with our sales rep “Kyle”.
We call Kyle on his number at (509) 683-3198. He makes promises after promises to fix the problem and to call us back — and he hasn’t ONCE! It’s now 1/25/18 and now HIS CELL PHONE IS DISCONNECTED. I have left messages on recordings for Ecolab to call me back — and I have not been contacted ONE TIME! My guess is that “Kyle” knew he was a short timer and is likely no longer with the company. However – I’m sure he got his commission.
NOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!
