I order two bottles of chocolate covered wine on November 25th. I inquired if it could be shipped to my sister in Texas on or before December 22nd. The response was “yes.” My credit card was charged $139.86 on November 25th the vendor was listed as “Michael Holcombe https://clove SC”
On December 22nd, the order status on their web page was not yet shipped. I sent an inquiry about the order. The next time I checked, on December 27th, the order status page said “Cancelled” On December 27th I checked my credit card statement for a refund. Nothing. Checked again on January 5th, still nothing. They have not responded to my inquiries.
