I have requested two time about my refund. Since the initial response from the company, I haven’t gotten any new responses or the refund. The company only communication tool is the website message page or fax. I would suggest to any non-profit organization to NOT use this company. I would have rather sent the money I paid to this company. It is a very complicated process to work with them.

We received your request to cancel and to be refunded. Since you are cancelling after we have processed your reservation request form successfully and before we can continue to look for accommodations, you are forfeiting the $50 Reservation Guarantee Deposit you mailed in as stated on your reservation request form. You agreed to this when signing and mailing in your reservation request form. This information can be easily found on the second page of your Reservation Request form. We will issue a refund for $139 and include $300 in restaurant certificates and mail it to you in the next couple of days. Thank you for your understanding and we are sorry it did not work out.
