I was another unsuspecting consumer to have ILD Teleservices bill me for Voice Mail service, that I didn’t request. When I got in touch with Member’s Edge they gave me my date of birth, my street address, my email address and my mother’s maiden name. And I didn’t sign up for this service so how in the world did that get all this information.
I told the representative I wanted this removed immediately from my account and I wasn’t going to pay for a voice mail service I didn’t request and don’t have. She told me they would not remove the charges. I then contacted Bell South and they put a block on my account so no 3rd party billings would ever be added to my account.
As for Member’s Edge they are as shifty as ILD Teleservices. So everyone please make sure you check your bills thoroughly. I am retired living on a fixed income so I don’t need extra charges being added to my telephone bills as they are high enough.
