Report Filed: J R Scapes LLC Scam – James Stephenson Hamilton NJ Allentown NJ!!

Jr Landscapes was performing landscape services for me. Basically cutting my grass once a week. During the week of April 22 one of his employees damaged a standing outdoor lamp while he was cutting the grass in my backyard. When we advised the owner of what happened he initially failed to take responsibility but later admitted that one of his workers damaged the lamp. We agreed that he would pay to replace the lamp and he would send me a check for $160 to cover the replacement cost. One month after the damage occurred I have still not received the check from JR Scapes. The owner claimed to have sent a check but I never received one. The only mail I received from JR Scapes was a bill for $149.28. When I asked the owner to send another check he rudely responded that if he had to send another check he would deduct the stop check fee from the amount. I am simply appalled at the behavior of the owner of JR Scapes. His employee damaged my property but He has failed to take responsibility for…
