WARNING! To say it kindly, do NOT EVER do business with this company in any way, shape, or form, you run a HUGE risk of being deceived in their contract.
My experience has been they are very shady and misleading with their contract and prices.
I ALSO have been personally contacted at least 20 more times recently by OTHER similar businesses going thru the SAME problem, and having to hire attorneys to fight this TOTALLY unethical business.
I WAS PERSONALLY TOLD BY FORMER EMPLOYEES OF MEDICO LINEN’S OWNER BRAD “SHAMELESS” SHAMUS, THAT MR. SHAMELESS INSISTS UPON ENFORCING AND SUING BASICALLY EVERY CONTRACT THEY SIGN UP, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SIGN UP CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.
I’m told, Mr. Shameless, owner, sends all these contracts to his buddy and collection law specialist Kenneth Freed, who acts like a front for a collection company called “Creditors Adjustment Bureau.” It’s nothing more than a turnkey system of getting people into a contract by any deceptive means necessary, and then send the contract off to your collection law buddy. **JUST READ THEIR OTHER REVIEWS ** . DON’T BELIEVE THEIR PR/MARKETING RESPONSE THAT THEY TRIED TO FIND ME ANOTHER COMPANY AND WISH US WELL. MR. SHAMELESS’S IS TRYING TO COLLECT THE ENTIRE FULL LENGTH OF OUR UNUSED 2 YEAR CONTRACT, $17,200, AS A FULL BUYOUT.

Medico decided after our signed agreement that they wouldn’t honor the agreed upon price and quantity of sheets for our medical massage center. They disrupted our entire business for over a month due to this, failed to deliver all of our required sheets, set us back financially, and caused an enormous amount of unnecessary stress upon us, the business, all of our therapists and customers.
After Medico Linens breached the contract and terms with their deceptive sales practices, they then have the nerve to send a creditors collection letter from their very own collection attorney, attempting to collect the full $17,200 of the entire future length of the contract which has never yet been delivered. This appears to be their ongoing racket, as I’ve been in contact with many other businesses who’ve gone thru this same issue with them. We gratefully and gladly found a new company called Mission Linens for all of our sheets and linen needs, AND they are significantly cheaper with far better customer service. Their regional manager Don and driver Luis are both fantastic!
Definitely call Mission Linens, even their own Vice President Candace Hunt told me that Mission Linens has the lowest, BEST prices. She even told me that her own company can’t even come close to their prices. If you need, I’m happy to answer any questions about my terrible experience with this company, as they shouldn’t be allowed in business.
If you’re a business owner, just send me direct message. Definitely go with Mission Linens or someone else if you want a Linen Company who treats you honestly, authentically, and fairly. By the way, I’ve made it a practice to skip reviews when unhappy and always give the business owners a chance to make it better. In this case, after over years in business, i’ve decided to leave my first review due to the poor ethics and nature of this company.
