Hi I am a member of Odesk since 2012. For the last 3 months, I earned thousands from providing good service to my clients. Odesk decided to permanently suspend my account without giving me any reasons. I have contacted them, their customer service, I tried to call them, but no one can answer my simple question why my account was suspended? It is my right to know what is the reason? This is unacceptable, I ahve 3 ongoing clients and they need me but because they suspend my account I can’t work with them. I tried to send them many emails but they can’t even tell what I need to know. Aside from that, the most disgusting part is that they put on hold with my earnings which is my effords and hardship for the last 3 months of working. I asked them, what can I do to get my earnings but never answered my question.
Odesk, should release any available balance I have since I work for it. It’s their right to suspend account but it’s my right to get what I own.
I want odesk to realease my available earnings then I can close my account or they can do whatever they want to do.
I just want to get what is supposed to be mine.
