My name is Melissa. My husband Mark and I moved with Paul Arpin Van Lines from NJ to Texas out of West Warwick, RI in May… we paid for FULL Coverage Insurance with Full replacement value. To date, they will not return phone calls and have not paid us what we are owed for damaged and broken items that cannot be fixed or replaced. We have also not had anyone come out to fix our furniture that was damaged by the movers.This has been a VERY frustrating and stressful ordeal.

Maybe you can help us get paid what we are owed for our move back in May. No one has called us or returned phone calls and we paid for full coverage-full replacement value Insurance. Joe K called and was snotty about my email, stated “I did not even have to call you, but I am forwarding this to Rosemary.” I said why can’t you forward it to her boss since she is not calling or responding? His answer “Like I said, I did not even have to call you I am doing you a favor by telling you this. I have to send it to her, I cannot send it to anyone else.” I told him he was being rude and that your company will be dealing with a big problem if this does not get taken care of FAIRLY and honestly and soon!
