Playwithme.com Failed to Deliver the Product Ordered Back in April 2020- China!!

I ordered a retractable table tennis net set of 2 in April 2020. I immediately received a confirmation and a support email address. I received a tracking number. I watched for the information. After several months they confirmed delivery to an address in United States. I am in Canada.
I have sent so many emails to them and have gotten nowhere. At first they would reply with a standard auto generated email. Now they do not even reply.
This product was expensive. I have asked for a refund so many times. I am ignored.
