My AC went out in September. A repairman came and ordered parts I paid for the service call and parts, but they were back ordered I was promised a replacement and told I’d get a voucher to replace. After hours on the phone with customer service, I was issued an authorization number to take to a Sears store for replacement. The store told me I had to have an Email with a bar code to go with the number. I’ve spent hours on the phone with different people and made promises with no results. No refund for parts and service. I’ve decided that this is an absolute scam.
