I bought two foot massagers for Christmas. When they arrived, I opened one to try it out. I am almost 70 years old did not like how it felt “massaging” my feet. I thought it was very abrasive, not soft as I was anticipating. I tried to call the company to return the items. They don’t answer their phone. I emailed them. They did get back and said they would not pay for the items to be returned. I went to the post office and found out it would cost $49.99 to mail one or $99.98 to return both.
I emailed the company back and asked to a pre-paid return address label. They said I did not qualify for one. I told them again that I did not like the massager and wouldn’t use it and to please pay for the return. I have haven’t heard back. I mentioned that I felt they should have a return policy after so many days in case people did not like the item. Also, there was no mention before I ordered the item and they would not pay to have it shipped back. I told them that I do a lot of ordering online and have always been allowed to get a pre-paid return.
