The company advertises programs that state they look at property value and credit score only. They charge 650 for appraisal, never perform appraisal and underwriting requires as many income statements as a full doc loan. The employees do not communicate, one processor was venting to me about lack of communication.

The underwriters DOES NOT underwrite based on LLC investor loans but personal. They wanted one of my personal debts paid, that was not attached to the property paid off. They required several months bank statement, wanted me to collateralize and additional property. Usually you pay the appraiser at the door or when scheduled. This is what the company told me. However they took the money prior to an application.
Needless to say the company now states the money cannot be refunded and it was paid to the appraiser who is willing to conduct an appraisal on their behalf. $650 wow I have a 679 credit score I own 8 properties with mortgages no lates.
