I ordered a free sample of Lipoplex and didn’t realize that I was also signing up for an expensive monthly shipment unless I cancelled. Unfortunately I didn’t read the fine print.
When I realized what was going on I tried to call the 800 number to cancel. I found the number always busy or I was put on hold indefinitely. The call would also end abruptly. (I called several times.) They said you could leave your number and they would call you back, but they never did.
Their web page did not include any e-mail to contact them. I have now sent a letter to cancel via registered, certified mail. I hope this will end the shipments.
I have received 2 shipments, the free sample and another shipment. Neither shipment included an invoice so I don’t have an order number nor do I know what my credit card was charged. I learned from the website that it would $99 per shipment.
