I’ve had my business phone Remote Call Forwarded to my cell phone for 3 yrs with Supra. At this time my husband just got laid off and the home business is our only income. I called Supra to get my business number forwarded to my home phone. The rep promised that I would only have about 24-48 hrs without service while they processed this order. Well this was October 21 ! 2008.It’s been almost 3 weeks and I have no business line yet. I have lost 3 weeks of income because I get no calls! I call almost daily and they always assure me that they are working on it. Each rep blames the other rep.I was suppose to get a phone call from a supervisor…yeah I’m holding my breath for 3 weeks now. Today I called them again for the 100th time and was at the point of a nervous breakdown in tears ,basically pleading with this rep to please do something to help me.Letting her know there is NO income coming in because customers can’t call me. I filed a complaint against them with the BBB. I know I can’t get loss of income because I dont get paid the same each week and would need an attorney. I just want Supra to be accountable for being such liars! I am switching service with Vonage that I currently use and have no problems with at all.
