Last July 31, ’20 I ordered four bottles of CBD gummies only to find out this was a scam and the celebrities listed did not endorse these products. I asked for a refund. After a few months and use of one bottle, they said I could return the remainder (three bottles of four) with specific instructions via the United States Postal Service. The three bottles were sent back on the 13th of last October of ’20.
On 11/25/20 I spoke with a customer serv rep named Asher. He advised me to send an email asking for this refund and said it would be taken care of. His finance department would be notified and a check would be cut and sent to me in 4 to 6 weeks..
A few months passed and on January 14th I inquired about the refund as it was never received. Both at the end of January and then again on February 9th I called and spoke with a rep named Sean. He advised me the finance dept could not be reached but I would receive my check (again within the 4 to 6 week period) in the mail.
I honestly believe I will never receive this refund. I am just being given the runaround. I paid the amount of $185 for these bottles, and I returned three months ago. With the restocking fee of the three bottles, I am entitled to around $120. Thus far no check has arrived.
