This review is for zoarah.com. So the events unfolded like this. Based on my research, I concluded that this website was the best for a high quality phone case for my new Note8. Premium leather. But they are at a premium price. No matter, I paid for them. Here’s the important part…In the checkout screen, I selected to have my package delivered in a few days, less than 1 week.
A few minutes later, I get an email from the company. Telling me that they are all going on vacation, and they won’t be able to deliver my case until approx. 3 weeks! Are you serious?
Long story short, after many emails were sent back and forth, the best they would do was refund the $15 shipping cost. I paid over $100 for that case! And it took forever for them to budge to even offer to do that! They really tried to encourage me to just take a refund and cancel the order. Finally, after I sent one more admittedly nasty email, in which I said I still wanted the case, they cancelled the order anyway.
Again, this is a long story made short. The point is that they made a promise, gladly took my money without bothering to care about providing me with important info about shipping, then after they had my money, they decided to tell me the truth about my order. And they showed absolutely no compassion or concern, or any real offer of good faith for my trouble. And they even admitted that it was wrong for them to not tell me about everything before I paid!
If you are looking for a reputable company to buy a phone case from, steer clear of zoarah.com!!! Ignore this warning at your own peril and sanity.
