Ace Ticket  – Ace delivered the wrong tickets – received no help from Ace Tix support

I ordered Boston Bruins tickets for the balcony Row 1, and received Row 9. I have been trying to get someone from Ace Tickets to help me for 2 days, with no response. I called the support line and they referred me to the Ace Ticket email support…again, no response.
