Ace Ticket – asmith
Absolutely terrible. The ticket buying process went well, but this app AXS, Ace uses for tix protection, is a joke and so is ACE FOR USING THEM. I usually use Ticmaster wish i did for asmith. The AXS never opened they wanted to not let me in, lucky i had the email that i paid for 2 tix. Joke. Then a guard asked me for my tix and it wouldnt open missed 3 songs trying to tell them about the situation. Awful Ace Awful Ace. Joke
