Ace Ticket – double booked seat
Bought 2 seats to Bruins v Tampa 4/6/19 and found that one of our seats was double sold! We had this verified by a TD Garden official who was kind enough to move us.
Our seats were section 309, row 9, seats 8 & 9 the person next to us had seats 7 & 8 and since he was there first, had no interest in resolving the issue.
There are so many outlets from which to purchase event tickets that I doubt I will look at Ace again.
