Ace Ticket – I arrived at the show only to be told…
I arrived at the show only to be told my ticket (Ace) was not valid. I waited in line for close to an hour at the venue ticket office where they looked at my license and told me that my ticket had already be scanned and that there was noting they could so. They suggested going to the Ace ticket tent located at the other side of the venue. Be this time it was 8:06, the employees at Ace were taking down the tent and told be they were out of tickets and could not help, and to call ace. I called Ace only to get an answering machine. I went back to the venue ticket office, waited in line, and purchased another ticket to watch was remained of the show………
