Ace Ticket – Not the best customer service
Not the best customer service, I had purchased tickets for my parents to a show about 3 months back. As the flu is taking over this year, contacted to sell back tickets. They couldn’t do anything, basically wasted money and felt like they weren’t very accommodating or helpful. Going back to Stubhub and Ticket Master, I have had issues with Stubhub before and they went above and beyond to move my tickets to a later date.
