Ace Ticket – Ordered an extra ticket on top of the 4…
Ordered an extra ticket on top of the 4 digital tickets I had purchased. Tickets were never delivered and the “signature” was a signature that in no way matches mine. Reached out to ops and they are hanging their hat on an illegible scribble. I sent them a copy of my actual signature from my license to show the difference and they have not deemed it important to get back to me. Very unsatisfied.
