Ace Ticket – So far, Bad, Bad, Bad
So far, this experience, unlike every other with Ace, has failed me completely.
I wished to buy tickets to be gifted, and since they are from Ticketmaster, there appears to be no way to gift them without throwing in my phone.
Message to Support at AceTicket hasn’t been responded to since 11/2, not even an auto-response.
I’m still hopeful of getting the answer I need (How do I gift these tickets?) but until then, it’ll be a cold day before I use ACE again.
