Antsy Labs  – DO NOT DO IT!!! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Like many others have said, this company needs a 0 star rating.

I ordered back in February (so not as far back as others), but I have too had to deal with this awful service. I waited patiently as they kept updating their website to later shipping dates. However, I have become fed up in the last month because they are boasting that they will ship new orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Ummm… HELLO!!! What about the people that you already stole money from and have yet to ship the product to?!

I have emailed the company on countless occasions and after receiving many automated replies saying that they were “tirelessly answering e-mails and that they would get back to me as soon as possible” I received what I thought to be the light at the end of the tunnel with an e-mailing saying they were “waiting for some product to reach the warehouse and would be estimated to ship within a week.” Trying to think the best in people, I waited patiently. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. Again. So I e-mailed them. Again. I received the same exact e-mail stating that they were waiting for product to be delivered! It’s all a load of bull.

I wanted to buy from the “original” and support a new company, but clearly that was a mistake. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM ANTSY LAB!! Go to your local CVS and buy the fidget cube for 7.99. It is probably better quality and you do not have to deal with this crook of a company.
