Antsy Labs – I so wanted to like Antsy Labs….
I so wanted to like Antsy Labs and the Fidget Cube. I ordered the cube (just one) back in December. I only received it this month. Five months is a long time, but I would have been more OK with it if they had said so upfront. Rather, they told me they were 1-2 weeks behind schedule. Then it was 1 month behind. Then just “it will be shipped out shortly.” Each time I had to be the one to reach out rather than them telling me it was going to be longer. The responses were vague and not helpful at all. When I FINALLY got the product, it felt cheaply made and not as advertised. Very disappointed. Again, I really wanted to like the company and the product, but I can’t give more than 1 star.
