I ordered a Fidget Cube in early February 2017. They charged my credit card right away & sent an email saying it was expected to ship in late February/early March. It’s April now and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed customer service twice to ask about my order & I only receive unhelpful automated replies in response. If there were shipping delays, I could understand that. However, I can’t tolerate being ignored by customer service when I have a legitimate question about my order. It’s unprofessional, inconsiderate, and just rude. I’m beginning to question whether this is even a legitimate company. I will be reporting Antsy Labs to the BBB and opening a credit dispute very soon if they are unable to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
