2ND UPDATE: It turns out the replacement cube is broken too – the switch is loose and doesn’t click. I’m not even sure what to do at this point, but it seems not only is customer service extremely unreliable, but so is the quality.

UPDATE: Antsy Labs finally responded to me on 1/30/23 (I initially emailed on 12/26/22) to apologize that the cube wasn’t working like it should, and said they are experiencing a high volume of emails. They sent a replacement fidget cube with expedited shipping and offered a 20% off coupon code as an apology for the delay. I am thankful they sent us the replacement, but waiting over a month to get any kind of response from them is too long, especially given that I initially got a response requesting a video within hours of my first email, then radio silence for over a month. The new fidget cube arrived today and is functioning properly. I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 because they did finally follow through, and the product works as expected, but it was an extremely frustrating experience and there’s really no excuse for waiting 35 days for a response.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Our fidget cube arrived broken – the roller ball is loose and doesn’t click like it should. I emailed on 12/26/22 about possibly getting a replacement and got a response requesting a video; I sent a video that same day, and never got a response. I emailed to check in 12/29/22, and again 1/10/23, and have had no response. I’ve messaged on Instagram, sent an email through the website, and tried to use the website chat feature where I waited an hour with no communication. My husband has also tried to message on Twitter with no response. I am really frustrated that our fidget cube arrived broken and we can’t get anyone to respond to us.
