I had a pretty terrible experience with Baby Art Poster. I ordered the product on December 10th received and approved the proof that night. Then I heard nothing, I wrote two emails asking about when my item would ship and when I could expect it but heard back nothing. I got a response on my third email saying they would check but I didn’t get any further a follow up on the status. I finally received my order on December 24th and there was a portion of color missing on the print. So I reached out again and they offered me 15% back in refund, which is more of a slap in the face on a $70 print then an actual solution. I told them I wanted the product reprint and they have yet to respond, it’s been 5 days.
