Electromaker – No refund after shipped wrong product
The website had false product information, so they shipped me the wrong product. It has been 4 weeks since I notified them of the error, which they acknowledge was their fault when they replied to me 7 days later. I have yet to receive a refund to my CC that they said would take 5-10 days. I am not confident that I will get my refund anytime soon.
