Fiverr – A total mess – Use it to earn pennies
It’s a constantly changing environment. It’s obvious that the management of the plattform is desperate, every two weeks they come up with new experiments like “seller success program”, “promoted gigs”,”subscriptions”, “transaction fees”, “video consultation”, “Fiverr PRO”, “returning clients”, ‘buyer satisfaction metrics” etc, with only one purpose: To squeeze profit out of the sellers’ work and earn more on their shoulders. All these crap take more than 50% of the income a seller generates (promoted gigs, fees, transaction fees, seller success) and IF YOU DONT COMPLY THEY BURY YOUR GIG. This is a freaking JOKE! At the same time, they let millions of low quality gigs flood the place to create unfair competition, they “invite” fake reviews here etc. Desperate and total mess, don’t leave a big balance in there because if it suddenly vanishes one day I won’t be surprised. If you are a serious seller and don’t want to earn pennies for your hard work but you need s STABLE environment to earn your living, look somewhere else. Fiverr is GARBAGE.
