Been using fiverr for 2 years and i can see clearly they dont care about customers. Been waiting for a compesation from them without a answer for 5 days. I got scammed using one of their gigs.

Hi i got my compesition today, i was really angry and disappointed to be honest, I’ve been using Fiverr for over 2 years.
I have spent over 300-400 dollars on my account that got scammed, the compisation you gave my was 8 dollars? If you are not fixing this I will never use ur service agian, my account name is: theplums
Please fix more then 8 dollars since it was someone in your site that scammed me. Fix this and I will remove this 1 star rating.
Update number 2: I got a answer from fiverr that they wont Pay me more then 8 dollars beacuse in their standards they dont Pay more then what the gig cost no mather what damage have been Done.
So everybody out there be really careful! If you have a website / blogg or anything you have spent alot of time and money on and need help for example a Bug, No matter if the seller destroys your whole webiste you Will only get 5 dollars back beacuse thats what you paid for the gig. Be careful guys i trusted fiverr but after talking with support i understand now that they wont help anything.
