Fiverr – Customer service covers up fraudsters
I do not recommend anyone to contact with this site, because the support service absolutely do not understand the situations that arise, and act as it is profitable for them, including not squeamish to cover crooks, if their sales bring income, even illegal, in violation of copyrights.
All I got after the third request to support – just the removal of previews of my work. And that’s only after I did their job – recorded a video proving that the seller was using my work. Before that, they just wrote that they couldn’t see the identity, and the work was just similar.
That said, nothing was done to actually prevent the illegal resale of my content.
For someone who responds to these reviews from fiverr: you offer to contact you again each time to resolve the issue. You don’t address the issues. You unsubscribe and cover up scammers because it benefits you.
