Fiverr considers it legal to resell copyrighted derivative products.
I contacted support about this: a user is reselling someone else’s copyrighted products. Technical support felt that reselling digital copies of other people’s products was legal and took no action. This “gig” is selling quite well, and the site has a direct interest in keeping it. In other words, between money and copyright protection the administration of this service chooses money.
