Fiverr – Fiverr Refused To Help After Project Is Marked Completed
I ordered a web development service from seller Timothybracy on Jan 9. Seller had been very slow in replying & on Jan 23 the project was shockingly marked as completed when nothing was finished. The links provided by this seller didn’t work, screenshots provided to him. I opened a case w/ fiverr so the seller started working on it again but the website created shows no single product on mine but all Amazon products. Along with the incorrect product, about us, address & contact details belong to another company. Seller never updated the details & now avoids to reply. PROJECT IS NEVER TRANSFERED TO MY DOMAIN NAME, it still belongs to the seller. I contacted Fiverr Customer Care & was advised that once the project is marked completed, they don’t have the option in their system to return the status of my order from Completed back to active so they said I have to continue communicating to the seller. Basically, Fiverr can mark projects as completed to take money. Once marked completed, Fiverr no longer cares & dumps you to fix on your own. I have now to ring my bank to take money back.
