The support team is unable to determine that the seller is using and reselling someone else’s copyrighted services.
A long correspondence with a fully written argument and evidence fails.
If you want to buy a service, but then get sued for copyright infringement – use the platform fiverr.
Background:
“Fiverr considers it legal to resell copyrighted derivative products.
I contacted support about this: a user is reselling someone else’s copyrighted products. Technical support felt that reselling digital copies of other people’s products was legal and took no action. This “gig” is selling quite well, and the site has a direct interest in keeping it. In other words, between money and copyright protection the administration of this service chooses money.”

I sent you a video showing a 1 to 1 match between the work used by the seller and my work. What other proof do you need? How many times do I have to contact you before you see the obvious?
