Fiverr – Fiverr Supports Scammers
I’ve been using Fiverr for many many years with no problems. I had a recent transaction which cost me $100+ USD. The seller scammed me and kept telling me I needed to wait 20 days which came and went without delivery. I filed a claim with Fiverr support and they banned me and closed my account because the seller of the gig asked me to contact him on WhatsApp. I didn’t realize I couldn’t communicate with the seller outside of Fiverr and rather than ban the seller and give me my money back, they banned me. Now I need to file a chargeback with my credit card company. I am so disgusted with Fiverr!
