Fiverr – Fiverr user support is rubbish
Fiverr is a platform that charges you 20% of all the orders you have, but they are unable to help you in case a buyer wants to scam you.
I tell what happened to me:
I received an order and after completing it the scammer tells me that it was not to his liking, so I review it again and improve it as much as possible.
The client says that they don’t like it even if it’s corrected, so they won’t release the funds.The detail is that everything was created according to the client’s guidelines, but he wanted to get a free job.
I contacted Fiverr and they tell me that the only way I can get paid is for the customer to accept the deliverable.
Of course, the client will NEVER accept that the assignment was carried out as required by him because he wants a free job, scamming me in the process.
In short, Fiverr does not help professionals who are on their own platform, they are only concerned with retaining new customers – scammers – so I must leave them a star.
