Would really like to find out how the matter ended and if you can provide me with some proof. I have contacted legal help cause i was robbed, have provided them with enough evidences and no internal policies can override the customer legal protection defined by a system. You all have probably heared about FashionNova prohibited for millions for “Deceptive review practices cheat consumers, undercut honest businesses, and pollute online commerce,” said Samuel Levine, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.
I suppose in that manner Fiverr is also held accountable for their “expert”sellers with google certificates, irrelevant and fake reviews and no business ethics!
I would like to be contacted by other scammed buyers, who can provide evidences that they have been scammed (opinions without proof have low effect in legal matters, evidences count) and take legal actions against Fiverr.
