he did not understand what i was asking, if he was an editor, he would have understood my time stamps and most important he would have watched what he was editing to make correct edits that were obvious. very curt and then as i was going to cancel, he did because he could not deliver, asking me to respond within 24 hours OR i would have to wait 10 days for the video..knowing my deadline was Sunday. bad experience
