Fiverr – Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. The Freelancer could not do the job that she advertised and delivered nothing. I cancelled the job and the freelancer accepted my cancellation.
Since then (more than 2 months) I have been trying to get my money back from Fiverr with no success. They claim that payment was made but I did not receive any funds. My payment provider confirmed this in writing but Fiverr just keep telling me to take it up with my bank. They claim that the funds have been returned to my credit card even though payment was made by debit card.
Stay away from them if you value good service and your money.
