Fiverr  – I am extremely dissapointed

If you agreed on a certain price with a seller, be ready to pay even more. In my case he did an app without crucial for me feature. Later on when my app expired, he pretended that he doesn’t have the app but later on when I said it was a waste of time and money, he said that he has the app!

He has 195 reviews and rating 4.9 stars. I was forced to leave him 5 stars because i invested too much momey in the app and I still needed his help because of unfinished product!

If logoartistics won’t get punished for this, then I will never again buy on fiverr and never recommend fiverr to anybody, because if a scammer like that is still on fiverr then it means that this website is not honest and do nothing when people loss their money.

I will inform you whether or not fiverr has taken any steps.

Edit: Fiverr reached out to me and I described the situation in more details. The worker at customer service admitted that the actions of the seller were strange and promised to investigate further. My two positive reviews about this seller were deleted so that’s something.

The worker at customer service says that he can’t inform me whether or not any actions were taken because of their Privacy Policy. I guess the seller just got a warning and that’s it since I still see him on fiverr.

I will probably never again buy anything anymore on fiverr and I will certainly discourage everyone who will tell me that he’s planning on using that platform.
