I deactivated my account on fiverr by mistake. In the account I had orders for 3000 dollars pending. I can’t receive any answer from the tech support. Level of service very bad. My account name is mediashaper. The tech support answered (Kathy) they will reactivate my account, but after that the ticket was closed without any action. Extremely bad service.

this was the answer of the support team: Hello there,

My name is Kathy and I’m one of Fiverr’s Shift Managers.

I can see that you’ve closed your account, but if you prefer, I can reactivate it for you.

No action after that. Being dependent on Fiverr is not reliable at all. Money, effort and time lost.
