I have opened a ticket to get my refunded money available on my account balance on fiverr I was told I would receive the money in a few days, 2 months passed and I noticed I didnt receive any money back in my bank account and also my available balance on fiver is showing also zero. I contacted them again and asked about this situation and nobody responds to me, usually fiverr is quick to respond to tickets and somehow my request has been ignored, nobody communicated with me, I want to know where did my 211 USD (approx) is gone????
