Fiverr – Service was delivered, refund refused.
I purchased a 6 month access to Linkedin pro. It worked for 1 week. I reported the issue to the supplier. He kept telling me it would be fixed but after several weeks, it was clear he couldn’t deliver. I reached out to customer service since he hadn’t issued me a refund and was told by them that I was no longer ‘in the grace period’. What the hell? I reached out immediately as they suggest but apparently I was supposed to know that I need to reach out to THE SAME ORGANIZATION in a different way? I feel completely scammed by these guys. I’ll never, ever use Fiverr again.
Reply to Fiverr comment: Of course I opened a ticket. The entire review is based on a failed attempt to get a fair resolution from your support team! Did you even read the above review before you pasted in your template BS?
