Fiverr – such a costly disappointment
Paid for two projects including site modification and speed improvements. Delayed, not complete, and caused errors far beyond the scope of tasks. The unfinished broken theme was published to my live shop without permission. My new theme was left completely unusable where and had to start from scratch. Support wasn’t helpful or responsive after a couple template emails asking me to work it out with the novice coder scammer seller, even though I provided an abundance of evidence.
