Worst customer support I have ever encountered. Once you have paid for a gig there is no way of getting your money back even if the gig was in poor quality or not delivered. Hired someone for a design but the seller was misleading potential customers as the delivery was far off from what was advertised. customer support wasn’t helpful, they asked me to explain the issue, I did in great detail. That was apparently not enough, they then asked for even more precise screenshot & video explanation of why the submitted items were not as requested. This alone would take hours to do, don’t waste your time and money on fiverr. Wasted 150$, never using their service again as they have no customer protection.
